Get to Know Dr. Perfitt
Dr. Perfitt earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in 2024. During his training, he gained valuable clinical experience through externships at Red Logan Dental Clinic in White River Junction, VT, and Battenkill Valley Health Center in Arlington, VT. These experiences reinforced his passion for providing patient-centered care and serving communities in need.
Continuing Education
Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Perfitt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. His background in engineering provided him with a strong foundation in problem-solving and precision—skills that translate seamlessly into the field of dentistry. After graduating, he worked at General Electric, where he developed a keen attention to detail and an appreciation for innovation, both of which continue to shape his approach to dental care.
Dr. Perfitt is committed to helping his patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through compassionate, high-quality dental care. He believes in building strong relationships with his patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their treatment options.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Perfitt enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he’s boating, golfing, or doing yardwork, he finds both relaxation and the sense of community that comes with outdoor activities. He is also a devoted dog owner and loves spending time with his Labrador Retriever, Gunner. Giving back to the community is a core value for Dr. Perfitt. He is passionate about using his skills and knowledge to make a difference, whether through volunteer work, outreach programs, or simply providing quality care to those in need.
